According to Gadot, Varsano saw the severed fingertip, got grossed out, and promptly disposed of it in the garbage disposal, declaring it lost forever.

The conversation began with her joyous announcement of expecting her third child with her partner. However, it took a sharp turn when she delved into the challenges of coping with the prolonged lockdowns. Gadot humorously recounted a day when she found herself sipping morning drinks and decided to make a cabbage salad. In the midst of chopping, she accidentally chopped off the tip of her finger, turning the innocent salad-making session into a gory mishap.
In a late-night chat on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the 35-year-old Wonder Woman actress opened up about a mishap involving her finger, revealing all the gory details during the interview.
Forever gone: The actress shared that her husband actually grabbed the severed finger and quickly became so grossed out that he tossed it into the garbage disposal. When her husband picked up the finger, he was immediately repulsed and threw it into the garbage disposal. Kimmel humorously disputed the claim, causing both of them and the audience to laugh in disgust. Still laughing, Kimmel quipped, “Well, looks like you can’t have any more kids with him.” She responded, “I know, it was too late, we had already hugged,” referring to how she had to explain her pregnancy to her young daughters, Alma, nine, and Maya, four.
Comedian: Upon learning about her husband’s mishap with the garbage disposal and the tip of his finger, Kimmel quipped that Gadot might want to reconsider having more children with him.
Putting on a brave face: The ex-Miss Israel shared that she decided against going to the hospital after cutting her finger because “it was in the garbage disposal and there was nothing to stitch up.” Kimmel inquired if Varsano accidentally turned on the disposal, to which she confessed, “And then we were both like, ‘what do we do now? What do we say?’ It was a chaotic situation. We were a mess,” she recounted with a smile and a chuckle.
When asked if she sought medical help later, Gadot responded, “No, because it was in the garbage disposal and there was nothing to mend.” She also mentioned that she has lost feeling in the top of that finger and habitually touches it in hopes of regaining sensation. Kimmel shared his own experience of losing feeling in the top of a finger due to a similar accident.
Gadot and Varsano, who have been married for over a decade, confirmed that they are expecting another baby girl.
